Two product families, the panels we have run the numbers on, and everything an engineer needs before putting a stamp on anything — so it gets bid accurately instead of padded for risk. Everything here is preliminary design guidance: it describes what the system does, and every project still gets its own engineering.

An enclosure is a demising wall product plus a cap — which is why most of this page applies to both. Only the cap family and the sprinkler product are enclosure-only. If you're pricing rather than specifying, start at solutions instead.

PanelEase Vertical — the Demising Wall.

Full-height dividing and enclosure demising walls. Every condition the demising wall runs into — the corner, the window, the electrical, the floor — is a named engineered part rather than something a carpenter works out on site. See what each product does →

One worked count, so the percentage isn't the only thing on offer. A 40-ft demising wall at 12' high comes to 94 PanelEase parts against 312 in a conventional IMP build-up. Counts move with openings, corners and panel width — this is one representative condition, not a fixed ratio.

Maximum demising wall heights by panel and deflection criteria.

The core and thickness you choose sets your ceiling — not the extrusion kit. Each core reaches a different maximum at its stated deflection limit, which is why these are published by core and thickness rather than as a single number. Pick the height first, then the panel that reaches it. Figures below are the max height for a single panel run — no splice, no stacking, no added base or trim.

All figures are for a single, unspliced panel run — no stacking, no added base plate or trim. Load-bearing figures are published for EPS only, at L/240. Heights are maximums under the stated core, thickness, deflection limit and load case — not project values. EPS and Mineral Wool non-load-bearing figures are at L/180; PolyISO figures are at the looser L/120 limit, so none of these are directly comparable to each other. Wind, seismic, attachment condition and the host structure all move these numbers. Final design requires a licensed PE stamp in the project jurisdiction.

Structural attachment capacity.

Unistrut-compatible strut channel runs the full length of the system, top and bottom, in both families. Loads attach to the channel, not to the panel facer.

The 2,000 lb figure is a point-load capacity on the channel using approved hardware. Load spacing, eccentricity and combined loading are project-specific and must be reviewed by the project engineer.

A continuous run carries roughly a single span at 10 ft spacing. For scale, a water-filled 4" schedule-10 sprinkler main runs about 12 lb/ft.

PanelEase Sprinkler — capability.

The PanelEase Sprinkler™ (PEA-H-SP-SH/VF) has partnered with Victaulic™ to deliver integrated sprinkler applications. The system allows for installation of FM approved sprinkler mounting hardware prior to IMP assembly for safe and fast installation of sprinkler systems. The 80–90% fewer-penetrations figure describes the horizontal family as a whole — Modular Mains, Direct Insert and Sprinkler together — not the sprinkler product in isolation.
