Modular IMP walls and enclosures —
half the labor time,
half the labor cost.
Our patented extrusion system snaps together with
50–70% fewer parts than a typical IMP enclosure solution,
so just one crew finishes it in half the time.
◆ Real install · time-lapse
Engineered by the Airtho cleanroom team
Half the labor cost of stick-built, and 30%+ faster to assemble than a typical IMP system.
How is it possible? Anyone can sell you an insulated metal panel. What we engineered is everything between the panels: a patented kit of extrusions where every condition is a named part that clicks into the last one. Three things follow from that.
One crew, so the labor costs less.
It arrives factory-finished — no framing, insulating, taping or painting sequence, and nothing has to cure before the next trade can start. One install crew instead of five or six sequenced trades, and no separate ceiling sub or supporting steel to 16'.
Fewer parts, so it goes up faster.
Corner, seam, electrical, window, floor, long span — each one is an extrusion with a part number, and the parts snap together. 50–70% fewer parts than a typical IMP system, and the geometry holds the wall plumb and square instead of a crew holding it.
And the materials cost about the same.
Compared like for like — against stick-built finished to the same level, insulated and fully closed out, or against a typical modular IMP solution — the material cost lands in the same range. You aren't paying a premium for the kit and hoping the labor makes it back. The labor saving is on top.
How it works in five steps.
01
Specify your wall or enclosure.
Footage, height, corner count, doors & windows — a sketch is enough. Every corner, opening and penetration comes back as a named extrusion. See the products → · Or jump straight to the quote form →
02
Choose the package — kit or full turnkey.
Take delivery of the engineered kit and install it with your own crew, or hand the whole scope to us. See the solutions →
03
Receive a quote in 24 hours.
A scoped number comes back in 24 hours — not a budget range to be firmed up later.
04
Get it on site in 6–8 weeks, or less.
Panels, extrusions, track, openings and hardware arrive packaged together as one kit — one order, one delivery, 6–8 weeks lead time from release, faster when the scope draws on materials we already stock.
05
Enclosures install in as little as 8 steps, stand-alone walls in 4.
50–70% fewer parts than a typical IMP system. One crew, no wet trades, nothing waiting on cure time.
Third party tested.
ASTM Class A rated.
Panels carry a Class A classification to ASTM E84 — flame spread and smoke developed, the finish requirement that covers most interior industrial partitions.
